Bear studio is a relaxed space for hire with a fully equipped kitchen for food shoots and cook ups, perfect for small sets and table top photography.
Located in SE1 3DG, a stones throw from Tower Bridge. 10 mins walk from London Bridge station. also with parking.
This space has a fully kitted, stainless steel, professional kitchen.
South facing Daylight or full blackout available.
A computer desk and client seating area. Wire racking shelves for props. Double Stand up fridges and freezer.
The studio has 3 Power ring mains along with a kitchen main. Coffee and tea facilities.
It is on the second floor but has a large service lift from the loading bay to outside the studio door. making it very easy to get props and deliveries.

How we work.
20B is like an Air B&B You book it, get a code pick up the keys from the lock box and let your self in. When your done clean down leave it clean and pop the keys back.
Its easy and cheeper than other studios.
We have Couriers we trust and recommend who can have access to the studio and can drop props and pick up at other times if convenient.
We ask you clean down, remove rubbish, pop dirty tea towels in the wash basket and lock up. Easy !

Day hire starting at only £300 per day! for a 8.30 - 6pm day. We charge over time but were not clock watchers either.
